Driving a monkey in a car for long hours can be very stressful for the monkey. Also, transporting a pet in a car is not ideal since it is very dangerous when not handled professionally with care. We do care about our monkeys so much and that is why we always chose to handle the delivery of our monkeys by ourselves to all our clients who have to drive 5+ hours to get to get to us.

We always make sure our Vet does a complete health exam on your monkey which includes a fecal test to check if the monkey is free from any worms or parasites. (We only ship our monkeys on airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program) or We ship using Well Specialized Animal Courier.

We will book a delivery appointment (flight) as soon as we receive money for the monkey and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules, tracking AWB & pick up details. You can also use the tracking number which will be send to you by the delivery agency to track the progress of your monkey's flight. We normally ship out our monkeys early in the morning and they are delivered later on that same day or the next day in the morning if we put him/her on an early flight.

We do ship your monkeys to the closest airport in your location after which the monkey is then delivered to your home address. You do not need to leave your home to go and pick up the monkey from the airport. You just need to relax at the comfort of your couch and wait for your new family member to be delivered at your doorsteps. If you must insist to pick up from the airport, that wouldn’t be a problem. This process is professionally handled by the shipping agent who is in charge of shipping and delivering your monkey in perfect health condition. We chose air transport because it is just a few hours of non-stressful flight.

The monkey is shipped in an electronic pet crate that is completely sealed and regulated thermally. The monkey is kept at a constant body temperature irrespective of thermal changes in its environment during the flight. This enables your monkey to be safe and comfortable at all times. Also, the monkey has a constant supply of fresh water and food in the crate. You need not to have any worries cause you monkey is well handled by professionals and specialist at the delivery agency. The pet delivery crate is labelled with your full names, home address and contact number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE MONKEY?

Given the monkey is at least 8 weeks of age or older and has the right medical documents required for shipment, we normally deliver within 4-8 hours the same day or the day after.

Note: We require at least 2 hours to purchase the airline ticket. That is the only way to get good air fares, so please be patient and we will do the best we can to get your monkey to you as fast as we can.
